We provide website management solutions including health and security checks, maintenance, performance monitoring, backups, security hardening, and related support. Specific inclusions are as described on our site or in a written proposal or order form.
Free “Lite” and “Deep” scans are provided on an informational basis only and are not exhaustive. Findings are indicative at the time of testing and may change. You are responsible for acting on recommendations, implementing fixes, and maintaining appropriate backups.
We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., security, backup, CDN, email, hosting, or collaboration tools). Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, performance, integrity, or security.
Fees, billing cycles, and inclusions are as specified on our site or in a written order. Taxes, currency, and payment methods may apply. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information of the other and to use it only for the purpose of providing or receiving the Services. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard information we handle.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that handling. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding your own data and your end users’ data.
We retain all rights in our pre-existing intellectual property, tools, scripts, templates, and know-how. You retain rights in your content and systems. Reports we deliver may be used internally by you; you may not resell or publicly distribute them without our consent.
You must not misuse the Services (e.g., attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, infringe IP, or violate laws). We may suspend Services for suspected misuse.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that vulnerabilities will be detected or prevented.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business), even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $10 for free scans where no fees were paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your instructions, or your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate Services for breach of these Terms, legal/regulatory reasons, or to prevent harm. You may terminate paid Services per your plan terms.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. The courts of Perth have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer laws require otherwise.
